Mensuration formula sheet part 3/7

Recommended Posts

Area of a Circle (A) = pie x radius^2 / pie x diameter^2 x 1/4

Where r = radius of the circle and d = diameter of the circle.

Circumference of a Circle = 2 x pie x radius = pie x diameter

r= radius of circle

d= diameter of circle

Total surface area of cuboid = 2( LB + LH + BH)

where l= length , b=breadth , h=height

Total surface area of cuboid = 6(length)^2

where l= length

length of diagonal of cuboid = Under Root( L^2 + B^2 + H^2)

length of diagonal of cube = Under root(3 x length)

Volume of cuboid = L x B x H

Volume of cube = L x L x L
